John, a customer from California, USA. He previously owned a shop and business, including a CNC laser cutter for cutting metal. His clients were mostly racing enthusiasts who needed custom-designed metal plates under the hoods for their cars. John initially used third-party printing companies, but the costs became too high, resulting in low profits. He then considered buying a UV printer and eventually found our Ripple Color inkjet printer through Google.
Initially, he thought importing would be complicated, but after we patiently explained the import process and introduced our door-to-door delivery service, he decided to buy his first A1 6090 UV flatbed printer from us. Printing materials like metal and road signs requires a large industrial-grade flatbed printer of A1 size or larger; smaller printerssimply cannot meet the customer's printing needs. Furthermore, UV printers can print in all colors and achieve a glossy/shinning effect.
He mentioned that he prints both regular and irregular shapes of metal. A single piece of such metal can sell for over $200 USD in USA, but the ink cost is less than $10 USD. Therefore, the profit margin is considerable. Of course, no one does business at a loss; everyone buys UV inkjet printers to make money. If the UV ink isn't cost-effective, then the machine would be unprofitable. You will always get what you paid!
