Imported Print Head and CNC Aluminum Cap Station:
This RC50 20-inch DTF printer has double/ three Epso XP600/I3200 heads which have high resolution and fast speed. It can print over 9-11SQM per hour. While it uses a CNC lifting Aluminum cap station, it has a longer life than a normal machine. The electric cap station automatically raises up/down when the carriage returns/leaves, making sure that the print heads are sealed and cleaned well, and avoid clogging, and its made of durable aluminium alloy, it's corrosion resistant and lasts for decades.
White Ink Circulation System and Stirring System:
This machine has a CISS INK supply system to make sure the ink system pressure is stable when printing, and it has a white ink stirring system and circulation system, which can keep white ink from precipitation and clogging, as well as when printing.
HI-WIN Guider and Germany Igus Belt:
This 20-inch A2 50CM DTF printer is equipped with a Taiwan HI-WIN 2.0 guide, imported belt and CNC Aluminum Beam, which is more silent with longer life.
Enlarged Rubber Fix Device:
Extra-large pressure roller with increased friction gives better material rolling, making the paper feeding, printing, and taking up more smooth. While the flatbed has a heating system as well when printing.
Print Head Reflector
This machine is equipped with a reflector which can help to check print head status easily.
