Imported Print Head and CNC Cap Station
This RC70 27-inch DTF printer has double/ three Epso XP600/I3200 heads which have high resolution and fast speed. It can print over 9-11SQM per hour. While it uses a CNC can station, it has a longer life than a normal machine. The electric cap station automatically raises up/down when the carriage returns/leaves, making sure that the print heads are sealed and cleaned well, and avoid clogging, and its made of durable aluminium alloy, it's corrosion resistant and lasts for decades.
White Ink Circulation and Stirring System
This equipment is equipped with a Continuous Ink Supply System , which plays a crucial role in ensuring the stability of the ink system pressure during the printing process. Moreover, it incorporates a white ink stirring mechanism and a circulation subsystem. These components work in tandem to effectively prevent the white ink from precipitating and clogging, not only during periods of inactivity but also throughout the actual printing operation.
HI-WIN Guider and Germany Igus Belt
This 24inches 70CM DTF printer is equipped with Taiwan HI-WIN 2.0 guider and CNC Aluminum Beam, which is more silent with longer life.
Advanced Rubber Fixing Device
Its extra-large, high-friction pressure roller optimizes material rolling, making paper handling in feeding, printing and retrieval smoother. The flatbed has a built-in heating system for printing.
